Garmin makes excellent smartwatches, and they are now focusing on a new heart rate monitor device. Of course, most Garmin smartwatches include heart rate monitoring, but this new model is unique. This is more of a smart band than a smartwatch, according to reports, and it does not fit on the user’s wrist.
