While stable Android 14 is still a long way off, new research suggests that we may soon be able to set two independent live wallpapers on our devices: one for the lock screen and another for the home screen.
This new potential option was discovered in an unusual manner. It is possible to disable the live wallpaper setting, and it is clear that the Pixels’ Wallpaper & style app is capable of displaying the option to set independent live wallpaper options. While XDA was able to activate the UI for this, it appears that setting independent wallpapers is still not possible as of now.
