In an effort to demonstrate its commitment to the form factor, Google announced that it will update over 20 of its first-party apps for large screens. This will undoubtedly improve the experience for current owners, and it is intended to encourage other developers to follow suit. Here’s a list of every Google app on Android that has received a tablet update, as well as what’s on the way. The Google Home app also received some UI updates for tablets. This includes putting the contents of each tab in a container, as well as having a secondary navigation drawer when viewing Spaces in the Favourites tab and Devices.
