Google announced that Location History will begin automatically detecting when you visit locations that may be regarded particularly controversial, private, or otherwise sensitive, and will remove the record of that trip from the data it saves. While not an exhaustive list, Google stated at the time that it included “medical facilities like counselling centres, domestic violence shelters, abortion clinics, fertility centres, addiction treatment facilities, weight loss clinics, cosmetic surgery clinics, and others.
