This is a change that will allow you to see your headlines more quickly. What you’re following is displayed in the current Following tab. You’ll see three carousels with the entities you’ve chosen to follow. The top one displays the topics you’re interested in, the middle one displays the sources, and the bottom one displays the locations. It’s a simple and straightforward page, but Google wants to give this feed a little more functionality.
