Google has been seen working on adding TSA-compliant digital IDs to the Wallet app. This feature is also being rolled out by the company. It will first be available for Maryland-issued IDs such as driver’s licences. TSA PreCheck lines at select airports accept the digital ID in Google Wallet. Google says the feature will be available in the coming months to residents of Arizona, Colorado, and Georgia. In addition, the company is working to give users more ways to use their digital IDs, such as booking a car with Turo and verifying their online accounts.
