This design is now only available on the Galaxy Z Fold series. Needless to say, this is very disappointing, as there are many tablets and foldables out there that would benefit from it. This change appears to be rolling out to Galaxy Z Fold users and has been for some time. This new layout keeps Stories at the top of the screen while expanding the feed.
