Google has been quietly developing new EV-related features in recent Android Auto updates. This includes being able to manually identify your car as an electric vehicle and turning on EV features in Google Maps on Android Auto. This all appears in the built-in settings menu of Android Auto, under a new section titled “EV Settings.”
