The smartphone market has been struggling for several years for a variety of reasons. People are simply not as motivated to purchase phones these days. Shipments of Google’s Pixel phones are increased by 48%. As a result, it now controls 3% of the market, up from 1% at the same time last year. The smartphone market as a whole fell by 24%.
