Google introduced new icons for user profiles in Android 13, as well as a fade animation when switching between them. The UI in Android 14 Beta 3 has been redesigned, and a new animation has been added. When you go to switch users, the screen quickly fades and displays a full-screen profile icon. A circular progress bar will appear around that profile icon, and when it completes a full circle, a new profile will appear.
