WhatsApp may soon add new features to Channels such as voice messages and stickers, allowing administrators to personalise their updates and effectively connect with their audiences. In the emoji reactions section for channel updates, a new Contacts tab will show admins which of their contacts reacted to an update, providing useful metrics for admins to tailor their content.
