Google confirmed recently that it intends to raise the price of its streaming service by $8, raising the cost of its base plan from $65 to $73 per month, more than doubling the $35 it charged when it first launched in 2017. If you are a new user, you will receive the new price today, while existing customers will not see an increase in their bills until after April 18th. If you have a paused YouTube TV account, you will be charged the new amount when you unpause it.
