YouTube is only testing this feature for the time being. It’s one of the early-access features, which means it’s currently available only to YouTube Premium subscribers. We don’t know if YouTube intends to make this feature exclusive to Premium user’s when/if it launches. Furthermore, it is only available to those who use the app.
